Purpose Discovery Training at Joint Base Lackland
In 2020, we were brought to the 37th Training Wing at Joint Base Lackland to teach about Purpose discovery and how Purpose personalizes the mission.
Launching Expert School and Teaching Purpose Discovery
We launched Expert School in 2022 to help leaders step into their Purpose as branded experts. Since then, we've trained over 1,500 leaders on becoming branded experts, speakers, consultants, and coaches using their Purpose. Our Purpose discovery process has been taught to major US companies. 2022 marks the year when this process began to be taught widely across the nation.
Digitizing the Purpose Factor® Assessment in 2024
The Purpose Factor® Assessment was digitized, and in 2024, it became available for on-demand Purpose discovery for teams, schools, and individuals.
Working as Corporate Consultants, Helping Companies Engage the Next Generation at Work
We were working as corporate consultants, helping companies engage the next generation at work. We went from that to identifying what every generation needed, which was to know that they matter and what they do matters. That's when we went from trying to get companies to keep people from quitting, to creating workplaces too good to leave—leveraging Purpose.
Our TEDx Talk: Elevating Purpose and Permission
In 2021, our joint TEDx Talk, titled 'Why Your Purpose Is Your Permission,' was released. This talk elevated our status as thought leaders, not only in the realm of Purpose at work, but also in guiding individuals to discover their Purpose and determine their next steps.
Leveraging the Purpose Factor® Assessment
In 2023, the Purpose Factor® Assessment was leveraged at work to teach and train over 10,000 employees on how to find their Purpose.
